Vicky's update 2020

We had league games through October to December. In this league, there are top 8 teams in Tokyo participating and our team got 3rd place. We did pretty bad last year so getting 3rd place was not that bad. On November 15th, we played against one of our rival schools and we tied 2-2. In the first 4 minutes, I assisted a goal and we were up to 1-0. 4 minutes later, I scored a goal and we were on the lead but in the second half they scored two goals so we tied. When we played against them last time, we had lost to them so I am still glad that we tied because it shows that we have improved as a team. I hope we can beat them next time.

Studying abroad with Seiritsu in 2021

If you are interested in trying a few weeks or months or a year in Japan as a student in our school, Seiritsu Gakuen, let us know. Due to issues around the ongoing pandemic, we have decided that accepting students in April is problematic for a number of reasons. For now, we are aiming for September 2021 to start accepting new international students. September has the added bonus of being the beginning of a period with many large, fun events, such as the school cultural festival, which you can participate in. Please keep in mind that with regularly changing conditions in the world and in Japan, the school can make no definite guarantees about whether it will be able to accept students in the coming year, but by all means contact us and we will update you on the current situation.

It's beginning to look a lot like..

Christmas! SGC (Seiritsu Global Center) is now in full Christmas spirit with all the decorations making it feel very cozy. We even play Christmas music sometimes. Teachers and students often come to relax and study in the calming atmosphere of SGC. Please stop by.

The JLPT test is something you need

If you are serious about studying abroad in Japan, you need to take the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (also called JLPT or Nihongo Noryoku Shiken). It is a necessity if you plan to study at a school for a longer period and it is also a good way to test your basic ability and inspire you to study more so you'll make the most of your time here. Check out a link, and get moving! Worldwide JLPT site
