Everyone did their best to make SeiritsuSai a success. The presenters, the broadcasting operators, the performers for all the live performances, the classes and clubs who made their own videos, and the teachers who helped students organize it all. We are tired but have a sense of satisfaction and accomplishment. Thanks for all the hard work!

The club and class videos are not all up yet. It takes quite a while to get so many videos uploaded onto YouTube. So come back later on the weekend or on a later day to see what else gets posted.

All around the school, students are working hard preparing for the Seiritsu Gakuen Cultural Festival, which will take place online this weekend. Students are sharing ideas, working on their iPads, making materials and doing rehearsals for the live performances. Come see our efforts on (Japan time) September 25 and 26th from 10 am to 3 pm. Seiritsu Gakuen will be holding their annual school festival online again this year. Last year's event was very well received and the students really grew a lot from the experience. So, with the way things are here in Tokyo (we are still under the "state of emergency"), we have chosen to take a similar approach this year.
There will be parts of it airing live on YouTube. Other videos will be uploaded before and during the weekend. Because of bandwidth and the rules for loading videos to YouTube, some videos could end up being loaded after the event.
So, this weekend, please tune in and watch some of the interesting work done by the students as they do it live. And please remember to come back in a few days and see what else might have been added afterwards. They have been working hard on the various videos and presentations.

Recently, I have begun being healthier by eating more fruit and vegetables. On top of walking 10,000 steps a day, I have also tried to do more workouts. It is difficult to stay fit while keeping up with work and also my social life.
A top tip is to go out on healthy food dates with friends. I have managed to find great places around Tokyo where I can eat many vegetables that taste unique and delicious. I recommend We Are The Farm in Meguro. Also, Denny's has healthy options and new meat-free alternatives!
