It's Faith from Washington state!
Hello, my name is Faith. I am from America, specifically Washington state. I'm 16 years old and am spending my sophomore year at Seiritsu. Despite being in Japan for a little over a week, Seiritsu students and staff have been so kind and welcoming. Even though the students were a little reluctant to talk to me at first, I've made plenty of new friends within the first few days. In terms of school life, classes are tough to understand in Japanese but the support from classmates and teachers helps a lot. I leave most classes feeling comfortable with the material. Tomorrow, the girls' tennis club starts up again after ending for holiday and I am eager to meet the club members. Currently, I am living with a host family who are super kind and understanding. Their daughter and I get along so well! I can't wait for all the adventures to come this year! -Faith
