Scarlett's Happy Healthy Winter Tips

Top Tips for staying happy and healthy during this cold winter

Here are four ways I stay happy and healthy in Winter:

1) Hot Chocolate
It's a winter favorite but you don't have to go to a cafe or coffee shop to enjoy it. Try buying it at your local supermarket. If you want a luxury brand try Kaldi. Also, add marshmallows for extra deliciousness.

2) Heart-warming Movies
There's nothing better than a movie day under your duvet or kotatsu. As much as I love horror movies, Disney or Pixar movies are great to make you feel good. I recently watched 'Soul' the new Pixar movie which I highly recommend.

3) Soup
Soup is super easy to make and helps you stay warm on the coldest of days. At the weekend try an experiment and make new exciting soups. I recently made leek and potato soup which was yummy with crusty bread. I also added cheese to make it super comforting!

4) PJ's
Usually, back in the U.K, I ask my parents for brand new pajamas for Christmas. There's nothing better than a fresh pair for the winter nights. My favorites are the checked sets from Muji but the fluffy sets from Uniqlo are super cozy too.
