Junior High Speech Event
This year our speech event for the 3rd graders (in our junior high) is being held in a hybrid fashion. The third graders are all together (but spread out) in the Hall. Meanwhile, the other grades are watching the speeches in their homerooms on video screens.
The level of the speeches is quite high and we can learn a lot about what interests the students. As it is something they are interested in, they really think it through and do a wonderful job.
To see them speaking in front of their classmates so confidently is very rewarding.
