Scarlett on Becoming Healthier and Happier
Recently, I have begun being healthier by eating more fruit and vegetables. On top of walking 10,000 steps a day, I have also tried to do more workouts. It is difficult to stay fit while keeping up with work and also my social life.
A top tip is to go out on healthy food dates with friends. I have managed to find great places around Tokyo where I can eat many vegetables that taste unique and delicious. I recommend We Are The Farm in Meguro. Also, Denny's has healthy options and new meat-free alternatives!
